APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations are accepted until 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment, for all services you are booked in for.
No call no shows on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. What you are booked for will be directly charged to the card we have on file for you. All new clients must put a card on file to hold an appointment. Any appointment bookings for 3 or more hours will require a $50 deposit up front.
Please be aware that there will be scheduling limitations for those who repeatedly cancel and rebook appointments. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Mystic Ginger's policies.
